Tonight Angela and I went to this Pub on the side of the Thames river. We drank wine, and shared a cheese platter. We chatted about our lives, boyfriends, travel, and the difference between London and Paris. (She went to Paris before this.)
After our wine & cheese we were walking along the Thames River. As we were walking along there was this dance party/club on the sand underneath the Bridge. (Yes a night club/dance party underneath the bridge!) It was blast, we danced and the water came up and splashed our feet!
Last night I went to see a local band play in this tiny little pub. They were really really good! I posted a video of them down below.
Callie and I went to Notting Hill, and had dinner at this locals pub called The Prince Albert... I had fish and chips. We shared a table with the locals, and the bartender was all smiles.
I'm putting together a video of London, I don't think I'll be done with it, until I'm done with London.
Today I hung out at St. Pauls Cathedral. I sat on the grass, and video taped the dome as the clouds rolled by, and sketched a bit. Then I went to a local market, and bought a sandwich, cheese, and chocolate covered peanuts, and I ate lunch on the steps of St. Pauls, while the bells chimed for what seemed like 45 minutes. I also saw an organ recital play, it was so relaxing I fell a sleep for a minute.
Tomorrow I think I'm going to go to The Design Museum, it sounds like its perfect for me!
Instead of doing the typical tourist "London Eye", I found out about this place thats on Victoria Street on the 7th floor, with a brilliant view!
